My Take On A Deconstructed Parfait – Gluten and Dairy Free

This dessert could also be eaten as any meal or snack. It’s delicious and really easy to make.

Ingredients (makes 2 portions):
2 containers of yogurt (I used one strawberry and one blueberry organic dairy-free coconut yogurt. Greek yogurt would also be good if you are ok with using dairy.)
2 cups of berries (I used organic strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. All very high in antioxidents. You can use fresh or frozen. If you use fresh, I would recommend putting them in the freezer for a short amount of time to make them cold and a little bit crispy. If you use frozen, make sure you taken them out of the freezer ahead of time to defrost them just a little.)
2 tablespoons of honey (I used local wildflower honey.)

Making It:
Divide each of the yogurts into two (putting half of each in bowls).
Add one cup of berries to each bowl.
Add one tablespoon of honey to each bowl, drizzled on top.

And there you have it. Yummy, easy, healthy, and filling. Enjoy!
