February 3rd is National Go Red Day, an ongoing effort by the American Heart Association to raise public awareness about the #1 killer of women. Even if you combined all of the forms of cancer, heart disease still kills more woman. Surprising huh? Something else that’s surprising – Only about one in six women is concerned about it, yet 8 million U.S. women currently are living with it, and 90% of women have at least one risk factor for developing it.
In honor of Go Red Day, I was asked to feature something red here on the blog. I have chosen something so yummy, you won’t be able to resist making at least one of them. Here are some of the many ways you can “spice up” red velvet cake.
