Pasta With Ham And Broccoli
I needed to throw something together quickly, so I came up with this pasta dish. It’s quick, simple, and kid-friendly, yet still tastes very good. I ended up reacting to the ham, though, so if you’re corn-allergic make sure you find one that’s safe. If you eat this for leftovers, you can add a pinch of olive oil if it’s too dry. I never had that issue, but just in case.
16 oz pasta
16 oz frozen broccoli
7 oz ham (about 9 slices, or just under one cup when it’s diced or sliced)
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic – chopped or put through a garlic press
- Cook pasta. When it has about 4 minutes left, add in the broccoli.
- Drain and return to pot.
- Add in sliced ham, garlic, and olive oil. Stir to coat.
