Here is my meal plan for the week starting Monday 2/4:

Garlic-y Mojo Pork on top of a salad
The recipe I’m using has a “mojo” sauce which I will use as a dressing.
Breadless Philly Cheesesteak with a side of broccoli
Add mushrooms for hubby.
