Looking for some healthier Easter treat ideas for your kiddos? Here’s a list of allergen-friendly ideas.

Strawberry Lemon Mousse Parfait – This makes a great dessert or sweet treat. To get the kids involved, allow them to layer their own parfaits!

Annie’s Homegrown Organic – They make bunny shaped cookies and fruit snacks in a couple of different flavors. Some are even gluten-free.

Carrots – There’s nothing like a bunny’s favorite food. Try dipping them for some added flavor, plus you can give the kids some small cups with different dips to choose from to make it fun.

Natural Dyes – Use natural dyes when making treats. Frozen strawberries defrosted then blended until smooth can work great for the color pink. Nut Butter Rice Krispies Treat Eggs – Instead of using marshmallow and butter, use a nut butter. You could even throw in some chocolate chips. Just mix your nut butter with your rice krispies (or a gluten-free version), and form egg shapes with your hands. You can soften the nut butter in the microwave or on the stove if you need to.
