Cake Batter Ice Cream
I know summer is winding down and people are thinking more about soups than they are ice cream, but I’m pretty much always in the mood for ice cream, so I wanted to share this sort-of cake batter flavor I came up with. Just 4 simple ingredients and no ice cream maker needed.
3 frozen bananas (slice before freezing them)
¾ cup almond flour
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons alcohol-free vanilla extract
- Remove the bananas from the freezer and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
I then topped mine with some cinnamon and crushed pecans :)
