Paleo Graham Cracker Freezer Fudge
Good Cook sent me some of their Spring Cookware Tools – a silicone bark/chocolate mold and a spatula. My Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge recipe turned out really well, so I wanted to play off that a little bit, and try out a new fudge recipe with the silicone mold.
My newest fudge recipe – Graham Cracker Freezer Fudge – turned out amazing. It’s seriously good. Although I didn’t use any actual graham crackers, the fudge looks and tastes just like it. Yay!
¾ cup organic palm shortening
¾ cup creamy almond butter
¼ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup honey
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put the mixture into an 8×11 pan. I used Good Cook’s Spring Bark Mold. It imprinted really fun spring/Easter patterns on my fudge!
- Place the pan in the freezer until hardened – about 2 hours.
