Crock-Pot Paleo Orange Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
This recipe is pretty self explanatory. I cooked mine on low for about 2.5 hours. My crock-pot tends to cook things faster than most recipes call for, so the cook time will really depend on your crock-pot. I would recommend keeping an eye on it once you hit the 2 hour mark.
1 ½ lbs pork tenderloin
1 orange, juiced
½ lemon, juiced
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon ghee or butter – optional, but really adds some nice flavor and helps to balance out the acidity
- Put all ingredients into a crock-pot, and cook on low for about 2-3 hours (Give or take depending on your crock-pot.).
