Balsamic Green Bean Stir-Fry Recipe
I love green beans and I love balsamic vinegar, so why not combine them into a delicious and easy stir-fry recipe?! Not much explanation is needed for it. It’s a very basic recipe with minimal ingredients, so because of that, I’ve given you a short list of some optional ingredients that you can add in if you want to bulk it up a bit. Serve over white rice or cauliflower “rice” for a filling meal.
1 lb ground pork
1 lb green beans, cooked
½ head of cabbage (any variety will work), chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
olive oil or coconut oil for cooking
*optional – carrots, mushrooms, and red pepper would all work well in this recipe if you want to add any of them in
- Put the oil, onion, and garlic in a large pot on the stove. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the onion begins to caramelize.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
- Add the cabbage, green beans, ginger, and balsamic vinegar.
- Saute until the cabbage is cooked through.
