  Paleo Balsamic Green Bean Stir-Fry Recipe

I love green beans and I love balsamic vinegar, so why not combine them into a delicious and easy stir-fry recipe?! Not much explanation is needed for it. It’s a very basic recipe with minimal ingredients, so because of that, I’ve given you a short list of some optional ingredients that you can add in if you want to bulk it up a bit. Serve over white rice or cauliflower “rice” for a filling meal.

Paleo Balsamic Green Bean Stir-Fry Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1 lb ground pork

1 lb green beans, cooked

½ head of cabbage (any variety will work), chopped

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon ground ginger

olive oil or coconut oil for cooking

*optional – carrots, mushrooms, and red pepper would all work well in this recipe if you want to add any of them in

 

Making It:

  1. Put the oil, onion, and garlic in a large pot on the stove. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the onion begins to caramelize.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Add the cabbage, green beans, ginger, and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Saute until the cabbage is cooked through.
