A while back I wrote a post about the best free toddler iPad apps. The reception was huge, and was both good and bad. Some people hated the fact that my son used an iPad, but most actually appreciated the post. So here I am again, writing another post about kids - this time it's about television shows. I'm aware that some people may not agree with my stance on kids and television, that it's okay in moderation, and that's fine. For those that want to know more, please read on :)

Recipe: Turkey Stroganoff With A Cream Of Broccoli Soup Sauce
Turkey Stroganoff With A Cream Of Broccoli Soup Sauce
{gluten/dairy/soy/corn/potato/tomato/egg/coconut free}
Beef stroganoff used to be a bi-weekly meal in our household. Then we started to change the way we ate, cutting out processed foods and what-not, and I never quite got around to making a cream of (chicken, mushroom, celery, etc) soup from scratch, so it just ended up falling off the meal plan. Now with my ingredient choices being so limited, I decided it would be a good time to attempt something new from ingredients I use every day.

Recipe: Dairy-Free Grain-Free Cream Of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup
{gluten/dairy/soy/corn/tomato/potato/egg/coconut free}
I have been wanting to come up with a new recipe using safe ingredients and was really wanting something creamy, something I've totally been craving since finding out I'm not only intolerant to lactose, but also to casein. I recently tried making a cauliflower alfredo sauce without much luck, so this time I decided to try a cream of... soup recipe, and it turned out really good - much better than I expected.

Struggling With Seasonal Allergies? Try These Simple Ideas To Be More Comfortable
This post on struggling with seasonal allergies has been made possible by Nature's Sleep. This post may contain affiliate links. All opinions are mine and mine

Seasonal allergies are no fun. I have them in every season, so I can attest to the fact that they really put a strain on the body as a whole, not just the nose or the throat. I know that when my allergies are bad I'm not sleeping as well, and that fatigue can exacerbate everything else going on. Here are some of my tips for helping to ease the pain of seasonal allergies. After you check out my tips, leave me a comment letting me know what has worked for you!
