Leftover Turkey Stir-Fry Throw Together
{gluten/dairy/soy/corn/tomato/potato/egg/coconut free}

After Thanksgiving we kept a little bit of leftover turkey in the fridge, but froze most of it. I decided to make a really simple throw together recipe using food I had in the freezer – turkey and veggies.

Ingredients:
4 cups of turkey (About 1 per person, so feel free to increase or decrease, depending on how many you are feeding.)
4 cups of veggies (I used one 16oz bag of green beans and one 16oz bag of cauliflower.)
Seasoning of choice (I used garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.)

Making It:

  1. Toss all of the ingredients into a pan. The veggies can be frozen.
  2. Add seasonings, and cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the food is warm, coat with olive oil.

If you would like more than just olive oil, you can also use soy sauce, coconut aminos, balsamic vinegar, or another flavor that you like.
