Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
Adapted from Making The World Cuter’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars.
1.5 cups blanched almond flour
1.5 tablespoons arrowroot powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons alcohol-free vanilla vanilla extract
1/3 cup melted butter, melted ghee, or melted coconut oil
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Combine the two.
- Add in chocolate chips and stir.
- Press into a 8×11 baking dish, or something similar in size.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
